How do I place an order?
To place an order, fill out the form on the Order page. Once I receive your order, I will contact you with the price and a time estimate. If you agree to the terms, you will need to submit half of the payment upfront. Once I complete the artwork, I will email you a digital image and offer you the chance to request minor changes. When you are satisfied with the piece, you will need to pay the balance due. Once I receive the final payment, I will ship the finished product to you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It generally takes about 2-3 weeks plus shipping time, but it might take longer during periods of high order volume.
I would like both of my pets in one painting/drawing, but I want to use different photos of each of them. Can you combine my two photos into one drawing?

What are your prices?
Below is a breakdown of the prices. Once I receive your order, I will send you a total price for your custom artwork. If I estimate that special requests you have will add substantial work and time to complete, I reserve the right to add an additional charge, but I will let you know of any additional charge upfront.

What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and personal checks or cash.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within the United States is $12 for one 11"x14" drawing/painting. I will combine shipping costs for multiple drawings/paintings to the same address. For 18"x24" drawings or shipping outside the U.S., the price will be calculated after you put in your request.
I live in your area. Can I come pick up my finished artwork in person?
Yes, just let me know about that when you place your order.
Will my artwork arrive matted or framed?
No, you will receive a drawing only. If you would like your drawing framed, please visit one of the many retailers who offer frames in a variety of styles for the sizes of paper I use.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. You have the option to review the piece of art and request minor changes before you make your final payment.
